Seventh Grade Visual Art
The seventh grade CMS art class is one semester in length. Students are
introduced to basic drawing skills, the elements of art, design principls,
composition, and art criticism. Later in the semester, students use handheld
devices to create images that are manuplitated with the software GIMP.

Eighth Grade Visual Art
The eighth grade CMS art class meets for two semesters, and students develop the
skills they learned in the seventh grade. They are also introduced to painting
techniques in both acrylic and watercolor, printmaking techniques, and
photography.

Graphic Arts
This class is offered to students interested in computer graphics. The students develop skills with the software GIMP. They also begin developing basic modeling and animation skills using the software Blender.
